For lots intended for new construction, the first step is understanding what new builds are selling for in that area.

We look at:

• Recently sold new construction

• Price per square foot

• Days on market

• Lot size and zoning

• Neighborhood demand

Once we know what a finished home can sell for, we work backwards.

The Title Company
